In this Broadcast Award-winning, BAFTA and Emmy Award-nominated entertainment show, Taskmaster tyrant Greg Davies (Man Down, Cuckoo), with the help of his loyal assistant Alex Horne (The Horne Section and the show’s creator), sets out to test the wiles, wit and wisdom of five hyper-competitive comedians.
Comedians that have risked life, limb, and dignity in the hope of making the Taskmaster proud so far include: Frank Skinner (The Frank Skinner Show), Mel Giedroyc (The Great British Bake Off), Romesh Ranganathan (Asian Provocateur), Hugh Dennis (Outnumbered), Sally Phillips (Bridget Jones’ Diary), Rose Matafeo (Edinburgh Comedy Award Winner 2018), and Russell Howard (The Russell Howard Hour). Unaware of what awaits them in each wax-sealed envelope, only one competitor can become the victorious owner of His Royal Task-ness’ golden head and be crowned the next Taskmaster Champion.

Ummæli

  • 34:47 will haunt me until I die

  • I am very disappointed that Charlotte has no arts and crafts skills. How will she ever get a job as Children’s TV presenter like that?

  • I think dressing the bees has been my favourite so far this series

  • im pretty sure that Rhod after 5 min of thinking d just order smallest any staffed maskot his fav Greg photo and 3 beers. cut it open and just toss the bee in job done actually i d love to see all sesons outtakes of crazy orders for Alex

  • Thinking time @ 11:31 -- classic WILTY move, that, Alex! I kind of expected the "answer me!" that followed 😂 There's the Lee I've been missing the past episodes

  • Alex's face at 2:36 says why the hell do I keep coming up with these things that I know will backfire

  • You know, I didn't have much hope for this series. It seemed like only Lee Mack had the chops, and he didn't do well in the first couple episodes. But now they are all on point. Bravo all!

  • South paws in the slap and tong game, I see you

  • A paper has six sides... they're super thin but the edges are still sides...

  • I think tttm stands for Tsar Tovarishch Taskmaster

  • I would like to see a ski-jumping contest between the Pope and the Stuntman

  • Did Mike say "Scheisse" at 14:02?

  • Just imagining what Rhod Gilbert would have made of "Best thing you can operate with your hand"...

  • Small detail, but I love Alex showing Charlotte how to play bass at 45:28

  • They really missed the ghost bee joke - a boo bee.

  • 4:52 anyone think of William Osmond

  • i... *_looove_* Slap and Tong can we pulleasse play it again !!

  • I genuinely though one team had to use their tongues (like the one in their mouth) while the other could use their hands. Talk about unfair advantage.

  • Took me a while to realize there aren't any ad breaks anymore

  • I'm not a native English speaker, so I thought the rules of the last task were to grab the marshmallow with your own tounge, and I was quite confused... Also: a crochet tie? I'm falling in love with Mike more and more each week.

  • How did the Pope and the stunt bee won the round if the task was to create uniforms?

  • I can't find series 9 anywhere. Did that even get uploaded? Binging the hell out of all of it. I can't deal with this gap!

    • As far as i know, they're uploading old episodes in chronological order but pause that schedule for current series. So once series 11 is finished, they'll probably begin uploading series 9 on the thursdays :)

  • I think this is the series where contestants have felt the most contempt for Alex Horne

  • I'd lose on purpose, because there's nothing more frightening than having to stand on that podium by yourself looking funny with those won items.

  • oh shit the bumpers are gone

  • The face shape task sure revealed some interesting tongue skills. ;-)

  • Getting pretty frustrated with the lack of effort/interest Charlotte puts into the prized task.

  • Every week, without fail, within minutes of putting this show on, my wife wonders why loud guffaws of laughter are issuing from the office! Another wonderful show, thank you!

  • Aaaah! You know you can cover your INDIVIDUEL legs in film XD you dont have to go all little mermaid

  • Oh god I'm so glad they cut him eating that butter salami chocolate bar short... that looked disgusting

  • When Jamali sucks up that jello 🙊😮

  • Sara plays bass? My god she's a dreamboat

    • heard on a podcast from years back that she also plays the drums... she really is a dreamboat

  • Lee's experience with mouse taxidermy must have helped him with bee tailoring.

  • Sarah looks like an adult Hermione Granger

  • so they could have taken off the goggles of darkness right? unless they told them otherwise of camera.

  • Mike Wozniak is quickly becoming one of my favourite ever contestants, just gold every time

  • We need Sean Lock on taskmaster!

  • Mike Wozniak fits this show so well, so calm and formal but maddened at the same time, insanity but doing things as sensibly as one would expect

  • 29:50 Dr. Robotnik!!

  • Not enough love for Sarah Kendall around here! The woman is quietly, competantly, straight up *killing it* in the tasks, and seems like a cool, funny person in the studio. 100% the contestant who'd be most fun to hang out with.

    • She seems so lovely too, she's also an absolute genius.

  • I love how they both wear funky socks each week!

  • When I saw him make the trousers... I was so surprised.

  • the whole bee task was just there for Alex to say "sewing bee," wasn't it?

  • Mike Wozniak is quickly becoming one of my favourite ever contestants, just gold every time

  • As a German, I am disappointed in the lack of ß in that Scheiße.

  • Hooray

  • Lee whistled when he first used his scissors and I realized he might actually use the Swanee whistle on a regular basis.

  • 2.5 minutes in and I'm laughing to the point I'm teary eyed.

  • my favourite one so far- thanks for the laughs

  • Charlotte looks like a friend

  • I desperately wanted Charlotte to rip into Greg about the uniform question. She was ramping up for a fight, but it fell flat. For the record, I believe it to be a uniform as well.

  • Charlotte with the bee was the funniest 'Sorry Sir... for dropping you' and Sarah 'Just staple the bee'

  • Oh, generous Taskmaster, can we have an hour loop of Led Mack tonguing the table with the falling jelly? Pretty please.

  • Small detail, but I love Alex showing Charlotte how to play bass at 45:28

  • How is it that the guy who hadn’t seen the show before is the only person who was clever enough not to tape both their legs together??

  • Mike literally crying with laughter at Sarah's bee uniform is so funny to me 22:12 and 22:23

  • 29:25 it just says you have to put on the goggles, not that you cant take them off...

  • I'm used seeing little Alex Horne eating gross stuff, but I'm sorry, this series reminds me too much of "I'm a celebrity - get me out of here!"

  • Why didn't anyone take off the goggles? The task said you must put them on, but it doesn't say anything about taking them off or having to wear them throughout the task. The only thing you HAD to do is touch objects with your face.

  • Thank you!

  • For the shapes task... did they say you couldn't take off the goggles? Just take them off for an easy(ish) win

  • How awesome and gorgeous is Sarah?! :D

    • Glad I'm not the only one who thinks this, I have the biggest crush on her

  • the facebased geometry task and the live task are genius! please do more like these

  • Lee looks amazing for 52!

  • "I didn't hear the dull thud of disqualification." How poetic.

  • Mike is the best thing to come out of this series

  • > Mentions Klang Ohhhh boy

  • Not gonna talk about Mike’s instinct to squeak like a bat ? Aight 😂

  • thanks for uploading every week

  • this episode? Even she was amazed she won. Great ep!

  • Every episode Mike and Lee do something really outstanding and powerful at least once. Also I find semi upbeat Jamalli more enjoyable and so much better than grumpy Jamalli.

  • can i file a formal request for someone to upload the isolated clip of Mike Wozniak asking "How many sides does a bloody banana have?", while wearing blacked out welding goggles and tender-angrily holding a banana in his teeth, please and thank you.

  • Lee Mack? More like Lee Mad!

  • wow, that face geometry task was one of the best ever in my oppinion!

  • The bee costume task discussion gives me some real No More Jockeys vibes. Alex must have loved the "Does the pope wear a uniform" discussion!

  • I already want to play Slap and Tong with friends

  • I absolutely love the bit where the contestants are asked to order items and they order something for themselves that has nothing to do with the task. It never gets old

  • TECH-nically... the contestants never read out loud any rule that said the darkness goggles had to *stay* on, once they put them on. Given that other tasks sometimes specify you must wear an item continuously and correctly, but this task *didn't* specify that, couldn't they have just done it, said "Yup, done that now," and taken the goggles back off again when Alex asked them to read the final line of the task? Or taken them off at any point thereafter? ... I get that it seems not in the spirit of the game, but still. As a matter of technicality, I think they could have argued their case in the studio. That the task only said they had to put the goggles on -- not keep them on. And they could still be 'wearing' goggles as an adornment like, up on top of their head or something....

  • Bananas have many more sides than 5. Because the stem is fibrous and has many sides. One for each strand. If you were going to render a banana in a 3D drawing program you’d have a heck of a time making an accurate banana. Also, the flower end is quite complicated to render too. So definitely, the banana has the most sides of the objects.

  • Do salamanders live at the bottom of the ocean?

  • "face based geometry" makes me wish Mike was my dad. Yall can fight to be my moms

  • Could not watch them tongue jellies just couldnt do it

  • Alex had to know that Greg was going to make him eat the brown bar. lmao. He made that joke knowing that he was going to be forced to eat it. Honestly great commitment.

  • Slap & Tong is one of the best studio tasks to date. Riveting!

  • This was an absolute top tier episode

  • Banana time. Skin time. If it's *wedge time* you're talking five sides.

  • i literally love sarah and seeing her quick reaction speed made me admire her even more

  • Mike in the first Slap and tong round was the funniest thing I have ever seen...

  • I feel like alex met his match with Mike 😂

  • I'm so happy that Charlotte won even though she's 32 points behind Sarah overall she deserved this one❤

  • When taskmaster said: over my shoulder, I IMMEDIATELY thought of James Acaster and his song!!

  • Everyone: naming fabrics and small items Lee, the madman: *PEA A FROZEN PEA* Gotta love the man

  • task consultant = Tim Key?? Well, that explains so much 😆

  • Nowhere in the task did it say you had to bat with your hand. Use your head (as a bat)

  • "she" did this and "she" did that. Who, the cat's mother?

  • This quickly became one of my favorite cast. Mike and Lee are really hilarious, Charlotte looks like she always has fun and is just happy to be there and the other two are not bad as well.

  • [[[i have a crush on greg 🤭🥰]]]

  • i love reading the comments before i watch the episode. they sound like proper gibberish 🤣

  • Hooray for Charkitte!

  • they had to have thought there would be a second part to the cling film task...it's a classic TM move
